Warren M. Kuttler
Warren M. Kuttler, 74, of Tribune, died in Tribune on November 21, 2025.
He was born on October 9, 1951, in Boise, Idaho, to Joseph Virgil Kuttler, Jr., and Imogene Ruth (Clark) Kuttler. After many moves during his father’s Air Force tenure, the Kuttler family moved back home to Tribune in 1965, when Warren was in the 8th grade.
Warren married his lifelong love, Deborah Wishon, on October 25, 1974. The couple had two adoring daughters, Kellee Jo in 1978 and Abby Gayle in 1980.
Warren was beloved and well-known by many in the community from his time working in the oil field, owning a computer business, and working in the IT department at Greeley County Health Services. Over the years, he also operated a service station and spent time on the Greeley County School Board and the Tribune City Council, and as a Deputy in the Greeley County Sheriff’s Department, a substitute teacher at Greeley County Schools, and was the sound man of Sierra and Fulton Street Bands. He also had previously been a member of the ISIS Temple and Anthem Lodge, 458, Scott City. Warren attended Kansas State University and was a member of the ROTC program.
He was preceded in death by his parents, step-mother – Eleanor, two step-brothers – Kris and Kraig, and one step-sister – Kim.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah; two daughters – Kellee (Jason) Kleymann of Tribune, and Abby (JR) Massie of Lenexa; two brothers – Joseph (Janis) Kuttler and David (Mary) Kuttler, both of Wichita; two uncles – Ross (Shari) Kuttler of Tribune, and Raymond Barbour of Pueblo, Colorado; one aunt – Joanne Caldwell of Pueblo, Colorado; four grandchildren – Cyril and Clark Kleymann of Tribune, and Kabree and Cooper Massie of Lenexa; and many in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the Greeley County Cemetery at 11:00 MST.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to “Greeley County Health Services” in care of Deborah Kuttler, PO Box 479, Tribune, KS 67879.
