You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in this court by Donna Stenger, as an interested person in the estates of Alice Tumelson, deceased, and Keith O. Tumelson, deceased, and Elisa K. Tumelson, deceased praying:
Descent be determined of the following described real estate situated in Greeley County, Kansas:
An undivided interest in and to all of the oil, gas and other minerals in and under and that may be produced from
Lots One (1) and Two (2) and the South Half (S/2)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4), Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) and Lot Five (5) in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4), all in Section Two (2), Township Eighteen (18) South, Range Forty-Three (43) West of the 6th P.M.
And that such real property and other property owned by the Decedents at the time of their deaths be assigned pursuant to the laws of intestate succession. You are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before September 19, 2024, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, in said court, in the City of Tribune, Greeley County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard.
