Online bids for improvements to the Tribune Municipal Airport will be received by Unified Greeley County through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com until bid closing on Monday, June 15th, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. (CDT). Bid results will be available through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com within twenty-four hours after the bidding closes. An online reading of the bids is available for all prospective bidders thirty (30) minutes after the bids are due. The reading will be held via Microsoft Teams. You are not required to have Microsoft Teams to attend the online reading of the bids as you are able to access the meeting via the online Microsoft Teams program. A digital download of Project Documents and other related contract information may be ordered online at www.hwlochner.com. These project documents may be downloaded for $60.00. Payment must be made directly to QuestCDN. This cost includes access to online bidding. There will be no refunds. The QuestCDN project number is 10193287. Bid quantities and schedules may be viewed prior to purchase under the “view bid documents” section on QuestCDN.
Plans and Specifications are on file and may be examined at the office of the County Administrator, Tribune City Hall, 508 Broadway Avenue, Tribune, Kansas, 67879.
Each online bid submittal must include a PDF copy of a Bid Bond executed by a Surety Company in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid made payable to Unified Greeley County and uploaded to QuestCDN as part of the bid submittal process.
The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and must bid on all items of every schedule. Unified Greeley County reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of, the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening thereof.
A non-mandatory online pre-bid meeting for all prospective bidders will be held via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (CDT). You may request an invitation to the pre-bid meeting by contacting Jordan Hairgrove with Lochner at Jordan.hairgrove@hwlochner.com. Prospective bidders that would like to tour the project site shall schedule your visit with Stephanie Reichert, Utility Administrator, at (620) 376-4278.
Notice-To-Proceed: It is the intent of the Owner to issue the Notice-To-Proceed (NTP) as soon as practical after the Award of Contract. The anticipated early NTP date is November 2026 and the late NTP date is April 2027.
