INVITATION TO BID
Unified Greeley County is accepting bids for labor on the following project:
“City Hall Remodel Project”.
Phase 1- Demolition, Door, Trim.
Phase 2- Demolition, Framing, Electrical, Carpentry.
Phase 3- Demolition, Framing, Electrical, Carpentry.
Phase 4- Painting, Trim, Molding, Baseboards, Carpeting at the Unified Greeley County City Hall building, 508 Broadway Ave, Tribune, KS. Bids will be received at City Hall in Tribune, Kansas until the 19th day of April 2024 at 4:00pm (MST). Bids will be calculated and presented to the Board of Supervisors on Monday, April 22nd, 2024, at 5:00pm (MST) at the Greeley County Courthouse.
All bids shall be made on printed forms which may be obtained from Tribune City Hall during normal business hours.
The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Bids are not tied, unless specified in writing by the contractor.
