The State of Kansas to All Persons Concerned:
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in this court by Eugene H. Woods, as an interested person in the estate of Dessa Fay Woods, deceased, praying:
Descent be determined of the following described real estate situated in Greeley County, Kansas:
Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), Block
Fifty-One (51), First Addition to the City of Tribune,
Greeley County, Kansas.
And that such real property and other property owned by the decedent at the time of death be assigned pursuant to the laws of intestate succession. You are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before December 2, 2024, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, in said court, in the City of Tribune, in Greeley County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said petition.
