NOTICE OF HEARING

 


The State of Kansas to All Persons Concerned:

   You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in this court by Douglas B. Hereford, as an interested person in the estates of Daniel B. Hereford, deceased, and Jeanne B. Hereford, deceased, praying:


  Descent be determined of the following described real estate situated in Greeley County, Kansas:

An undivided one-half (½ interest in and to the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E/2 SW/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eighteen (18) South, Range Forty (40) West of the 6th P.M., Greeley County, Kansas.

 And that such real property and other property owned by the Decedents at the time of death be assigned pursuant to the laws of intestate succession.  You are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before April 4, 2024, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, in said court, in the City of Tribune, in Greeley County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard.  Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said petition.
